METABOLITES KYNURENINE PATHWAY

The kynurenine pathway is a metabolic pathway leading to the production of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) from the degradation of the essential amino acid tryptophan.

Kynurenine, Kynurenic acid , 3-Hydroxykynurenine, 3-Hydroxyanthranilic acid and Quinolinic acid are metabolites of the kynurenine pathway and available as deuterated standards from Buchem BV.
